We offer American Heart Association (AHA)-aligned training for every skill level—BLS courses for healthcare professionals such as nurses, EMTs, and medical students, and Heartsaver CPR/AED courses for non-healthcare individuals including parents, teachers, coaches, and workplace teams. Gain the confidence and hands-on skills to act decisively when every second counts.
BLS (Basic Life Support) is designed for healthcare professionals—nurses, EMTs, paramedics, doctors, medical students, and other clinical staff who need to maintain current certification. Our BLS course covers high-performance team CPR, advanced airway management, bag-mask ventilation, and rescue breathing for adults, children, and infants. AED training is fully integrated into the BLS curriculum. All content follows the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
Heartsaver CPR/AED is built for non-healthcare individuals—parents, grandparents, teachers, coaches, babysitters, workplace teams, and community members who want to be prepared for a cardiac or choking emergency. No medical background is required. You will learn adult, child, and infant CPR, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and how to respond to choking. The Heartsaver course also aligns with current AHA guidelines and includes AED training for every participant.
Both tracks are taught by Balkisu Sesay, RN, BSN, MedSurg-BC—a certified instructor and board-certified registered nurse with hands-on clinical experience. Our classes emphasize real practice on professional-grade mannequins, personalized feedback on technique, and enough time to ask questions and build genuine confidence. Every participant who successfully completes a course receives an official certification card. Small class sizes ensure individual attention so you leave truly prepared to save a life.
